Job Title Senior Change Management Lead
Summary:
The Change Management Lead will oversee the design and implementation of strategies to support the adoption of new initiatives within the Hospitality Business Unit (BU). This role provides structured guidance and collaborative support to leaders and team members through organizational transitions, communicating transformation benefits and impacts effectively to all stakeholders. The Change Management Lead will foster continuous improvement and engagement, driving impactful transformation for customers, the company, and the industry.
In this role, you will: Develop and implement effective change management strategies that support new initiatives within the Hospitality BU. Apply change management methodologies to establish a structured approach to managing transitions. Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness for change, and engage stakeholders to support successful implementation. Provide guidance to leaders and team members, encouraging positive practices and growth through transitions. Design and deliver training and upskilling programs, ensuring employees are equipped with essential skills and knowledge. About the ideal candidate: A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Additional qualifications in related areas (such as an MBA or innovation/executive education) are beneficial. At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, and change management, ideally within a multinational setting. Certifications in change management (such as Prosci or Agile) are a plus. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.
