Corporate IT & Data Solutions (CIDS) is responsible for all internally focussed tools regarding our enterprise value chain. The major products in this enterprise value chain are Salesforce, SAP (4HANA) and our in house built Corporate Data Management. Within the environment of our Lead to Cash, the Enterprise Platform plays a crucial role. Enterprise Platform is the strategic enabler to be able to define & build a scalable SD Worx end-to-end standard for our lead-to-cash operations, which will set the baseline for all our evolutions going forward, including new GTM's, products, & moving away from functional & technology legacy. Your role as a Change Consultant, is to support the Enterprise Platform in the delivery of its Change Program(s), Operational Effectiveness, Continuous Improvement (CI) and Guaranteed Customer Experience across SD Worx. To navigate, drive and lead business teams in the rollout of the change, utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies, working with key business teams and their nominated Single Points of Contact (SPOC). Bachelor's Degree, in Communications or another related field, with Master's Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in transformational change management or agile system experience Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives Strong understanding of data principles used for tracking engagement and adoption Ability to think creatively; intellectually curious with a positive and resilient character Effective multi-tasker with strong time management skills, and ability to adapt quickly to change environments and balance a varied workload, work autonomously and deliver to deadlines Excellent influencing skills; good organizational awareness Ability to navigate periods of pressure and balance priorities/workload throughout the project duration due to tight deadlines Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders; experience working with senior management to deliver organisational change management (OCM) Excellent verbal and written English language and presentation skills Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills Which task can you expect? Developing and maintaining relationships with key programme stakeholders Applying change management methodology and expertise to create and deliver user-centric change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, change impacts assessment and action planning, and metric-based business readiness activities Supporting change readiness assessment and action planning, including communications and capability development Taking an active part in enabling the deployment teams to successfully deliver and embed change across the project in assigned area of responsibility, understanding changes for impacted stakeholders across processes, tools and systems resulting from the initiative Partnering with communications to build the right messages and engagement channels for impacted employee groups at the right time Acting as the GO-to person to support and guide business stakeholders in the new way of working Making sure change is happening by providing/supporting the training sessions (e.g. train the trainer in the countries) Run process confirmation to verify if new ways of working are in place in the teams Capable to do the floor walking locally or remotely Ensure that change community/network, adaptions, ideas of improvement are established and running in the countries Gathering and reporting feedback from relevant project owners and stakeholders to develop and adjust plans Organizing relevant information, content creation, and partnering across the Sectors to drive and track adoption From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
