Job PurposeTo lead and manage all central project activity through the Global Sourcing Hub across Europe and LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesTo be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Global Sourcing Hub, in collaboration with the Promotional Sourcing Director.To support the Promotional Sourcing Director with the implementation and management of the sourcing strategy and the sourcing and compliance processes within the Global Sourcing Hub for both China and Europe.To have up to 4 direct reports.In liaison with Link's Central QA team, to manage and maintain the Social and Safety Compliance processes to ensure the high-quality delivery of the service to both internal and external stakeholders.To work with clients, either directly or indirectly, to match our output to their key requirements and initiatives including ideation, innovation, sustainability and long-term cost value.Drive aggregation and controlled sourcing benefits by coordinating central activities across the European and LATAM teams.Ensure all projects are in line with the clear and defined margin and savings targets set by the project/catalogue.To creatively work with new and existing suppliers/products to show innovation in all projects/catalogues.Working with Europe, Regional and China teams to support the sourcing strategy with regards product development, innovation and sustainability.Identify and re-deploy best in class products and services offered within individual projects.Review and strengthen central European database of promotional suppliers across all categories in line with the client's Compliance protocols.Attend all relevant Tradeshows to cover innovation and new supplier review.Skills RequiredMinimum 5 years' experience working in a sourcing related environment - across a range of categories and should include blue chip / global brand client base.Experience in managing and maintaining client relationships.Excellent knowledge and experience of the promotional merchandise industry, process and product range covering the full spectrum of requirements.Strong analytical skills that can be applied to all Outsource activities.Pro-active in their approach and very solution focused.Competent in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and a strong technology/systems capability.Must show experience of building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, whilst being prepared to challenge the status quo.Must be able to demonstrate effective decision making and sound judgement using analytical, commercial and execution skills.A real focus on quality and integrity.A proven ability to deliver enhanced profit through supplier negotiation and product development.Must be prepared to travel as required - Europe.Our organization is dedicated to fostering a workplace environment that values diversity and inclusion.
