Mission: Implement the global procurement strategy, ensuring the consistent availability and high service levels of raw materials. You will be responsible for maintaining stable and sustainable quality at the most competitive prices, enabling seamless and efficient fragrance production. Responsibilities: Define Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term sourcing strategies based on Category Management and aligned with business needs. Raw Materials Purchasing: Act as the Raw Materials Buyer to ensure the availability and quality of materials needed to support production requirements. Continuous Improvement Projects: Oversee and manage projects focused on continuous improvement within the procurement process, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, prioritizing local sourcing to support sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and terms. Risk Management Implementation: Develop and implement risk management strategies for subsidiaries, focusing on both local and global contracts. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, conduct analyses to inform decision-making and strategy development, and monitor market trends to provide insights for procurement planning.
