Your responsibilities will include: The development of new products for womenswear. Combine research and analysis to excavate consumer needs according to the product style and merchandise positioning, and improve the precision of product development. Perfect development planning and merchandise positioning, controlling development costs and quality, and continuously optimizing products. Introduce and train suppliers, and regularly assess and communicate with suppliers. Job Requirements 5+ years of previous buying experience, and have a passion for emerging trends (for senior buyer role). Your experience is ideally within women's fashion across a diverse range of product categories. Good at summarizing and analysing best and worst-selling products, with certain data analysis and product implementation capabilities. Bachelor degree in fashion design, or related majors.
