Senior Buyer

In this Role, your responsibilities will Be:Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost savings, quality and delivery of supplies and equipment.Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contractual obligations.Ensure compliance with the organization's purchasing policies and procedures.Track and analyze data to identify trends and recommend purchasing strategies.Manage supplier relationships to ensure that the needs of all parties are met.Maintain an accurate supplier and product database.Research potential suppliers and products to identify cost-effective solutions.Prepare and review purchase orders, invoices and other documents.Compliance and follow-up of area KPI's.Exercise the 5's and participate in continuous improvement projects.Know and understand the quality policy.Who you are:Communicates Effectively: Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.Customer Focus: Builds and delivers solutions that meet customer expectations.Manages Conflict: Relies on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions.For this role, You Will Need:Advanced English.Completed degree in engineering.Intermediate Office skills.Leadership, Teamwork, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Oracle.Mandatory: Supply chain, Kanban, Lean Manufacturing.Mandatory: 5 years as buyer, procurement, continuous improvement.Desirable: Oracle.Our Offer to you:Benefits above the law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
