From evaluating and negotiating contracts with suppliers to defining and establishing a quality control system.Your contribution to Brava Fabrics will be exceptional if you develop the following roles: Suppliers manager : Manage and negotiate prices, conditions, and due dates of materials and final products with existing and new suppliers.
Market analysis and evaluation to find partnerships with new suppliers.
Budget developing and control.
Planning purchasing quantities and retail price setting.
Optimization master :Work along with the rest of the product team in optimizing the quality-price relationship to launch the best products.
Define optimal margins for each product family, material, and season.
Define and improve purchasing and stock processes to achieve the optimal outcome.
Product Owner :Define and establish a quality control system and define resources to anticipate problems before they occur.
Along with the channel owners (wholesale, online, and marketplaces), define the best assortment based on quality and quantity feedback from previous seasons.
Assist our operations team on possible quality issues of the products launched.
What will make you succeed with us?
You have a can-do attitude and hands-on approach to work.
+3 years of experience working in purchasing roles in companies with +10M€ sales.
You have an Engineering/Business degree.
Your strong analytical skills will help you to do forecasting, anticipate problems, and make hard decisions.
You are a great communicator, forthright and capable of inspiring trust and confidence since you will constantly work with strategic stakeholders.
You are a problem solver and have a decisive attitude ; when things don't go asexpected you come with solutions, not with problems.
Have a strategic mindset that allows you to spot new opportunities, address emerging challenges, and plan for future success.
