As a Senior Business Operations Leader, you will support the regional sales, marketing, supply, training & education and service and repair organization with respect to data analysis and management, tracking with performance reports, as well as supply chain and customer care analysis (e.G.
capital equipment demand/sales forecast, back-order management, manual product allocation), sales support, tracking and providing supply performance reports.You will sit on OLM International Leadership Team (LT) and report to the Vice President of OLM International Markets.
You will cover the region of Western Europe.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:* Lead the Business Operations for the ENT OU in Western Europe and ensure communication with Sales Leaders* Be the point of contact and coordinator between Supply Chain Management (SCM), the commercial LT team, countries sales leaders and the US Operations team.
These stakeholders are the Western Europe commercial organization, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Customer Care, Marketing, Service & Repairs team, and collaborates where needed with other support function such as finance, regulatory, legal and pricing* Lead forecasting capital units and planning supply processes (monthly bottom-up capital demand forecasting)* Follow up and report out of demand planning adjustments through Integrated Business Planning and Sales &Operations Execution process* Coordinate with the FIT team the inventory optimization and monitor inventory metrics (inventory level, obsolete products etc.)
- connect with the FIT team for target and strategic imperatives* Engage sales force for Understanding By Design management (reallocation if need it)* Monitor and measure regional fix assets targets - establish approval and tracking mechanism for fix assets* Review open order books and available stock, prioritize customers and allocate products in stock accordingly and coordinate with local commercial team on the resolutions of blocked ordersRequired Knowledge and Experience:* Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, supply chain management or equivalent* English at a highly professional level* At least 5-6 years of working experience in sales, marketing and supply chain or customer care, as well as capital equipment* Experience with supply chain and customer service processes* Experience in marketing & sales support function* Experience with data analysisWe value previous experience in an international company/environment, ideally in the medical device industry
