Details of the RoleOur Investment Solutions COO team for Italy, Spain, and Belgium is seeking a talented Senior Business Management Analyst based in Madrid to join our dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in governance, audit, and regulatory finding remediation plans, as well as designing and implementing processes and controls to adapt to emerging issues and risks.
You will also support the Spanish Banking and Lending products organization, expanding the scope of the role beyond its main focus on Investment products and services.

ResponsibilitiesSupporting the governance of Investment Solutions in SpainParticipating in governance forums and special projectsDirect involvement in the management audit and regulatory finding remediation plansDesigning and implementing processes and controls to address emerging issues and risksCollaborating with various stakeholders across the organization including engagement with senior managementSkillsKnowledge of Investment Products and Services Spanish regulation (highly desirable)Expertise in setting up and managing governance frameworksStrong project management and presentation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and expertise to work autonomously with limited supervisionFluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral communication)Well-being & BenefitsA healthy, engaged and well-supported workforce are better equipped to do their best work and, more importantly, enjoy their lives inside and outside the workplace.
