Details of the Role
Our Investment Solutions COO team for Italy, Spain, and Belgium is seeking a talented Senior Business Management Analyst based in Madrid to join our dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in governance, audit, and regulatory finding remediation plans, as well as designing and implementing processes and controls to adapt to emerging issues and risks.
You will also support the Spanish Banking and Lending products organization, expanding the scope of the role beyond its main focus on Investment products and services.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with senior management and contribute to strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities Supporting the governance of Investment Solutions in SpainParticipating in governance forums and special projectsDirect involvement in the management audit and regulatory finding remediation plansDesigning and implementing processes and controls to address emerging issues and risksCollaborating with various stakeholders across the organization including engagement with senior managementSkills Knowledge of Investment Products and Services Spanish regulation (highly desirable)Expertise in setting up and managing governance frameworksStrong project management and presentation skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and expertise to work autonomously with limited supervisionFluent in English and Spanish (both written and oral communication)Well-being & Benefits
