Key Responsibilities: BI Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.Lead the planning and execution of BI projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resource allocation.
Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing BI team, including analysts, developers, and data engineers.Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members to foster growth and expertise.
Data Governance and Architecture: Establish and maintain robust data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.Define and implement scalable data architectures and infrastructure to support BI and analytics needs, including data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.
BI Solutions Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools.Evaluate and recommend BI technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.G., CBIP, TDWI) preferred.
4+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Extensive knowledge of BI concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices, including data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, and data visualization
