A mobility ecosystem, backed by data intelligence and supported by the astara platform.All of this is thanks to astara's diverse team, with more than 40 nationalities, in 19 countries and 3 continents: Europe, LATAM and Southeast Asia.For more information about astara, visit www.astara.comTHE ROLEThe Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Astara, will play a pivotal role in the design, develop, and manage a central data platform (Datalake) to ensure consistent and high-quality data for global reporting and analysis.This will involve collaborating with multiple teams to define data strategies, implement data governance practices, and identify opportunities to improve data-driven decision making across the organization.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:Design, develop, and implement a data platform (Datalake) using SQL and other relevant technologies.Perform data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.Collaborate with the technical team to build, enhance, and maintain the datalake.Collaborate with stakeholders across different countries to define a global reporting strategy.Implement a consistent data reporting strategy across all countries.Define and establish a data operating model aligned with company governance policies.Design solutions, delivery approaches, and identify relevant KPIs.Assess business needs, analyze feasibility and costs, and provide alternative solutions.Identify opportunities to improve data models, processes, and analytics technologies.PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:3+ years of experience in similar positions within the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics function.Deep experience in Data Modelling and ETL Process.
Also Descriptive and Predictive Models.Knowledge in Datawarehouse / Datalake.Expertise or ability with technological tools.
