.Senior BI AnalystContext of the roleReporting to Thune's Head of Core Product, you will be responsible for managing data analysis and visualization within the organization. Moreover, you will be responsible for driving a data-driven culture at Thunes. Your primary duty is to transform data into insights that can help to improve the value of the business or facilitate the day-to-day operations of Business Intelligence users.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and managing business intelligence solutions for the organization.Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission.Analysing potential new business requirements and processes and recommending them for implementation.Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.Collaborate with various stakeholders from different business functions to define data visualizations and insights through needs and requirements.Consult with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to determine the major problems to solve in our business, and the mechanisms we will need to track and view the solution to these problems.Participate in business and product meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations for reporting/BI solutions.Develop a deep understanding of the various business processes, data sets, and BI deliverables.Collaborate with data engineering team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission.Use knowledge of the specific data available and visualization capabilities to enhance requirements and provide insightful suggestions to business stakeholders.Analyse and identify development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and/or profitability.What we are looking forStrong academic background with preference for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Statistics.Working knowledge with at least 4 years' experience of BI and data warehouse concepts and terminology.Experience building complex boards and reports in Tableau.Experience building in Superset, Redash or similar platforms.Experience with analytical programming languages such as SQL, Python or R.Independent, strategic thinker who demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be organized, driven, a team player and possess excellent "can do" attitude.Demonstrated ability to work in cross-border, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented person who is passionate about quality and enthusiastic about new technology.About ThunesThunes is a global, fast-growing, and innovative Fintech scale-up that uses technology to disrupt and transform the existing financial system
