To expand our services and support within the Pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a business development manager with a proven track record in selling pharmacovigilance & RA services to join our international commercial team.

Are you a hero in building strong relationships with key decision-makers within the pharmaceutical sector?
Do you have experience with more complex project sales and selling high-value services?

What do we expect from you as a Senior Business Development Manager Pharma?Identifying prospects and new clients and convincing them of the added value of our services as a knowledge and project organization.Building partnerships and striving for long-term relationships with customers, evolving towards a more strategic sales approach.Being the first go-to person for your clients and solving their problems with creative solutions.Initiating and performing different sales actions to realize predefined objectives.Managing and establishing a daily pipeline of opportunities and ensuring you are always up to date with the latest developments.Evaluating complex questions, dividing them into manageable parts to guide the customer through their journey from idea to patient.Expanding your network in the life sciences sector by playing an active role in different networking associations.Building your internal network within the organization with QbD employees, sales colleagues, HR, marketing, and Subject Matter Experts. In this function, you report to the Sales Director.

Who are we looking for?You have a master's degree in a scientific field, combined with at least 12 years of experience in selling regulatory & vigilance services for the Life Science industry, commercial flair, and common sense.The life sciences world is your passion, and you're able to talk on a more technical level.High-level knowledge of the lifecycle of a medicinal product, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, and quality topics is a must.Good knowledge of regulatory standards is necessary.You have a healthy dose of self-confidence.
