As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in connecting our capabilities with customers across various sectors in Spain. You will lead by example, actively contributing to the market strategy, and taking full ownership of your pipeline.
You'll have the autonomy and support to work in the way that suits you best. Summary: As our new Senior Business Development Manager, you'll leverage your established network within Spain's business community, bringing first-hand experience in prospecting, developing, and closing deals. You'll understand the digital transformation journey and the critical role of Cyber Security. You will excel at developing new business from initial leads and managing large tenders. You'll have experience working with partners to lead the market and secure business.
Key Responsibilities: Achieving growth targets in pipeline, sales, revenue, and margin, while ensuring strong cash collection.Targeting and securing new business across various sectors, driving market penetration.Leading the strategic development of propositions within emerging accounts, focusing on large deal shaping.Communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Serving as a market expert and cultivating thought leadership to ensure client success.Generating clear demand signals within your accounts to guide delivery units and inform product and service innovation.Facilitating client workshops, encouraging knowledge sharing, and fostering market immersion.Building and maintaining high-value relationships with major customers and authorities across various sectors to drive sustainable growth.What we are looking for in you: Demonstrable success in selling complex IT and/or cybersecurity solutions to strategic clients, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, coaching and sharing best practices with colleagues.Passionate and enthusiastic approach to work.Proactive attitude, motivation, and ambition with a strong sense of accountability.Creativity, resourcefulness, and adaptability.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both in listening and articulating thoughts effectively.Resilience and a strong drive to achieve results.Behaviours: Focusing on Clients and Customers.Working as One NCC.Always Learning.Being Inclusive and Respectful.Delivering Brilliantly.Why NCC Group?
