We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain.

Your Role and Responsibilities:To identify business development opportunities within new clients and to maximize sales revenue by implementing effective strategies to develop and grow new business.

Grow revenue from new clientsAccess C-Level, Director level contacts within client accounts and target prospectsLead generation via targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leadsDevelop a deep understanding of your prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and obstaclesResponsible for positioning all Acolad solutions & services with help from product specialistsImplement sales & pipeline building market strategiesResponsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation/following up a lead until closing the dealManage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activityAssist with any RFP/Tender/ProposalProactively develop sales skills and market/business knowledge, apply best practice techniques and tools to maximize your performanceAchieve budgets, targets, activity levels, as agreed with Sales Director SEComplete and provide appropriate, timely management reports as requiredCreate and maintain all required CRM records Requirements:Sales development experience in the language industry - mandatoryExcellent working knowledge of our full service and technology offeringNegotiation skillsCompetent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBuilding effective relationshipsEffective presentation skillsAccount mapping, planning, and managementUnderstanding our competitors/USP's/commercial awarenessFluency in English and Spanish Acolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
