We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our client, a rapidly growing B2C digital marketplace revolutionizing fan engagement in the sports industry.
The company is creating an ecosystem around sports teams by partnering with local restaurants and retailers through a year-round loyalty platform.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new partner acquisition, focusing on onboarding retailers onto the platform.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential retail partners.
Sales Execution : Manage outreach, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
Client Acquisition : Build relationships with key decision-makers in retail and restaurant sectors.
Market Research : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
Partnership Development : Devise strategies to attract and onboard high-value partners.
Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align efforts with company objectives.
Performance Tracking : Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to leadership.
Key Requirements : Experience : 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in digital marketplaces or tech.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with retail and restaurant industries; experience selling in these sectors is a plus.
Sales Skills : Proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication : Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
