We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain.
Your Role and Responsibilities: To identify business development opportunities within new clients and to maximize sales revenue by implementing effective strategies to develop and grow new business.
Grow revenue from new clients.Accessing C-Level, Director level contacts within client accounts and target prospects.Lead generation via targeted outbound account prospection and calling on marketing-generated/inbound leads.Develop a deep understanding of your prospects' business goals, competition, growth plans, and obstacles.Responsible for positioning all Acolad solutions & services with help from product specialists.Implement sales & pipeline building market strategies.Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation/following up a lead until closing the deal.Manage an ongoing pipeline of revenue and activity.Assist with any RFP/Tender/Proposal.Proactively develop sales skills and market/business knowledge, apply best practice techniques and tools to maximize your performance.Achieve budgets, targets, activity levels, as agreed with Sales Director SE.Complete and provide appropriate, timely management reports as required.Create and maintain all required CRM records.Minimum Requirements: Sales development experience in the language industry - mandatoryExcellent working knowledge of our full service and technology offeringNegotiation skillsCompetent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skillsBuilding effective relationshipsEffective presentation skillsAccount mapping, planning, and managementUnderstanding our competitors/USP's/commercial awarenessFluency in English and SpanishAcolad is committed to creating a diverse and equitable workforce.
