About the role: The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Chartboost's business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with big/medium-sized publishers in the EMEA region. You will develop and manage strategic relationships with mobile gaming developers who use the Chartboost platform to monetize their apps and grow their business while ensuring the utmost user experience for their players. This is a highly impactful position for the Supply Business EMEA team as you will be responsible for driving growth, acquiring new clients, and strengthening the relationship with our top clients while promoting Chartboost products and features.
Develop and nurture long-term and strong partnerships with mobile gaming developers.Conduct accurate research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize your client's monetization activities.Lead negotiations with strategic clients to grow Chartboost's footprint in the market.Be accountable for client satisfaction and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives.Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions.Manage expectations at all levels and attend/direct client meetings. Demonstrate a consultative approach in addressing client needs.Collect and disseminate client feedback, product requests, and needs to the Product Team with quantifiable impact and justifications based on sound business cases.Work cross-functionally with Product, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure monetization success and communication.Liaise with our internal technical teams regarding any highly technical queries and provide customer support.Lead training to educate clients about our products and features.Represent Chartboost at industry conferences and events.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience working at a high-tech, mobile, gaming, or performance marketing company in a Business Development or similar role.You are very comfortable with Excel and capable of creating Pivot tables with ease.World-class written and verbal communication skills in English.Resourceful and determined to find answers and solutions.Skilled at turning customers into Chartboost promoters.Comfortable speaking with technical audiences (familiar with terms like API, SDK, and CSS).Passionate about learning, helping people, and getting them excited about using Chartboost.Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to think on your feet.Eager to travel around Europe, evangelize the Chartboost platform, and engage in frequent video meetings with partners.A strong and proactive planner, collaborator, and organizer, with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.Possess a can-do "make it happen" attitude, comfortable making decisions with little supervision or direction.Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools.You are a gamer and understand the mechanics of games.You've won awards for being awesome in some way at other jobs.You have a friendly personality and can make a positive impression on anyone you interact with.Fluency in other languages such as Russian, French, Turkish, or Hebrew.What Do We Offer:You'll get the newest & most powerful devices & equipment to work with, along with a Spotify Premium account.An impressive 25 days of annual leave plus the Christmas week, not including public holidays!Private medical insurance for you and your family, just in case!Relocation support to help you move to Barcelona (if you're not already here).Choose from the latest IOS or Android device upon joining (phone or tablet).Yearly parent pack.People development is key for us: an amazing training budget just for you & our internal mobility program offers real growth opportunities.More about us: We are proud of the product we've built and appreciate the impact it has on other people's businesses and lives.
