Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify, create and pursue new business opportunities for Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) in the SME and Corporate sector.Establish new business relationships, identifying and addressing opportunities for foreign exchange and payment solutions in order to meet and exceed sales targets.Cold call prospective clients and conduct research and analysis of clients' business objectives, identifying their foreign exchange and international payment requirements, and designing a benefits-based solution and action plan demonstrating how WUBS can meet client needs.Establish rapport and build credibility with clients through networking opportunities and effectively presenting solutions that encompass the client's entire international payment needs and complex Forex solutions, establishing us as the primary provider.Manage the complete sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales and pipeline reports and competitor information.Role RequirementsEducation or equivalent skills are required with a strong desire to grow into a professional sales role.Ambitious, self-motivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and must be able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.Excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of consultative sales principles, adept at executive corporate level negotiations, and build long-term client relationships.Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, especially the Foreign Exchange market is required.Motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Ideally have a native level of French and a good level of English language skills.IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union.
However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
