Business analysts play an important role in providing scale and efficiency to the team by supporting product managers throughout the product development lifecycle from understanding user needs through to product delivery and adoption.
We use the model in which the PdM is ultimately responsible for the outcomes but is supported in a set of activities by the BA.
The PdM is the primary driver of the workstream,
leading most conversations with users and is directly responsible for approving all decisions about scope, requirements, and prioritization of work.
