The Role: Are you a high-energy, self-motivated individual who is excited about building a world-class travel brand? We are looking for a dynamic team member to drive our marketing efforts for the Brazilian market from our International Business Unit in Amsterdam! In this role, your responsibilities will include:
The day-to-day operational running of our campaigns for CRM (EDM, App), social media channel maintenance, and content writing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Work closely with Trips global offices and local sourcing teams to collaborate on multiple campaigns, delivering high-quality campaign messages that meet local market needs. Coordinate with key stakeholders in HQ, including product and marketing teams, to maintain campaign processes and align with product functionalities. Support corporate business development in the region, including collaboration with legal, HR, and admin functions. What you'll Need to Succeed: Spontaneous, open-minded, diligent, and detail-driven. Excellent execution skills. Familiarity with travel products that will meet the target market customer behavior and preferences. Comfortable with Excel and/or other analytics tools such as Tableau. Advanced ability in verbal and written English. Bachelor's degree and above is required. 1+ year of working experience preferred; travel industry or startup experience is a plus.
