Senior Business Analyst - English/Spanish - Full Remote This is a remote position.
For an international organization, we are urgently looking for a REMOTE Senior Business Analyst with English and Spanish.
Knowledge of medical systems and processes or a health background is an advantage.
You will be required to facilitate the analysis workshops and coordinate participation of relevant Business Process Owners (BPO) and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
This position is long-term.
Candidates need to be based in Europe.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Gather and document business functional requirements from relevant stakeholders and the user community.
Evaluate existing business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide inputs to improve business process and data quality.
Facilitate analysis workshops for ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Prepare the necessary documentation and presentations for various project workshops.
Design/redesign solutions for business functional requirements in consultation with the relevant technical and development team.
Assist development and technical teams during solution development and monitor and report progress.
Prepare end-to-end business scenarios for user testing, compile user test results, and obtain formal sign-off from users on the business solution.
Participate in the preparation and implementation of new system releases and participate in change management activities to deploy enhancements and/or modifications to the system.
Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
Profile: Master's degree in Medical field, Public Administration, Information Technology, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited academic institution; or a university degree in the above fields with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong analytical skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/operational requirements.
