Job DescriptionUnderstanding the requirements of the project from the Product Owner perspective and designing suitable solutionsLeading both functional and technical teamsDrafting detailed functional documentation about processes to be used as a guide by the Technical Team to develop the requirementsValidate results deployed in Production Environment to make sure that the developments meet the Product Owner needsPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirementsParticipating in ongoing Agile Ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospective)Taking responsibility for the weekly meetings with senior management to present latest updates, blockers, and future steps of the projectDeliver results on timeEscalating problems, stoppers, or dependencies at the right momentQualificationsMandatory Candidate Requirements Economics, Business Adm. or related financial knowledgePrevious experience in business analysis and leading projectsExperience with Financial statements, CIB Business and accounting.
Main KPIs and performance metricsEnglish proficiency: daily communication with different geographies: London, Asia, US, among othersHigh level Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Power Point, WordAdvanced data analytics skillsDesirable skills (not mandatory) Experience in programming languages (preferable Python)Experience in writing SQL queriesAdditional InformationWhat do we offer you?
