Board is looking for an innovative Senior Business Analyst to lead and develop the business analysis function within the internal IT function of Board. They will be responsible for defining standards, methodologies and metrics for Business Analysis. They will directly contribute to the investigation and assessment of business processes and technology throughout Board, proposing and defining change to deliver greater levels of efficiency or new capabilities to the Business. This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities:Undertake the business analysis of all solutions, collaborating with all appropriate internal and external technology and business expertsLead and oversee the delivery of business analysis across all areas of ITFormalise and develop the business analysis function, defining methodologies, establishing standards and performance metrics, as well as training and mentoring wider teamUndertaking a capability/capacity and demand assessment for Business AnalysisEvaluating managed service options for Business Analysis to meet demandContribute as requested to the development and management of the IT strategy, architecture, roadmap and policies/standardsEnsure the existence, quality, accuracy and integrity of all business analysis artefacts, such as process maps, requirements templates & data flow diagrams
