We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Projects team. Are you a talented professional with a blend of technical experience and business acumen, with an ability to develop innovative strategic solutions using cutting-edge Technology? What You Will Do Engage with SMEs from across our businesses and product lines to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet the customer's needs and influence strategic functional decisions
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to formulate project plans and technology deliverables.
Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, coordinating with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
Lead project planning, software testing, implementation, and post Go-Live support
What You Bring 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Finance, Banking, IT, or consultancy
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Computer Science
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
Proven track record in managing large, complex projects within geographically dispersed organizations
Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, challenge IT, and possess strong communication skills in English and Spanish
