Responsibilities include developing and implementing system data standards, policies, and procedures, conducting system data quality audits, managing data assets and licenses, and responding to system data-related questions and concerns.Your role:Develop and implement system data standards, policies, practices, and procedures to ensure system data integrity, compliance, and availability.Conduct system data quality audits and lead initiatives to improve data quality.Collaborate with IT teams and system data owners to implement and enforce data governance framework.Assist in system data management, governance, and system data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners.Ensure the internal and external (SOX) audit controls documentation is provided and stored in the governance sites.Respond to system data-related questions and interpret policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, compliance, and privacy.Manage and maintain enterprise data assets.Train and educate application leaders and Flowserve IT Teams on system data management and governance procedures.Your profile:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.Proven experience as a (System) Data Governance Analyst or similar role.Experience level: Senior (7+ years in similar role)Proficient in English and Spanish languages.Experience in data analysis and management reporting.Proficiency in data governance tools.Highly organized with attention to detail.Able to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of system data governance practices and data protection management practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.SAP (or other ERP) working knowledge would be a big plus.We offer competitive benefits (depending on the role).Job Family Group: Information TechnologyJob Family: IT Systems AnalysisEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
