Purpose of job We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Senior Building Management System (BMS) Specialist to support the recruitment, lead and mentor a newly established team.
This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical foundation in BMS programming, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and business acumen.
The successful candidate will spearhead efforts to maintain, enhance, and optimize our global services, ensuring seamless BMS functionality and delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
Key job responsibilities Support, mentor, and inspire fellow BMS Specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Support the development and execute a comprehensive strategy for maintaining, improving, and expanding our global support services.
Design, implement and manage advanced BMS Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, specifications and processes which are scalable across the globe.
Maintain and optimise BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analytics of the BMS.
Monitor and maintain ticket/work order processes and queues while ensuring customer care and quality meet the high bar.
Monitor and analyse BMS data to proactively identify and action opportunities for optimization, energy efficiency, and cost savings.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management on BMS trends, improvements, issues, team skillsets, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful execution of BMS initiatives.
Collaborate closely with WWRE, D&C, Sustainability, RME and other stakeholders to comprehend customer requirements, business objectives, and operational needs.
Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and certifications to ensure compliance and best-in-class performance
