Summary Reporting to SPAIN Associate Manager (based in Spain), the candidate will be the point of contact for the Local Sales Team, Western Europe Customer Team, and Regional Marketing Team.
They must be able to work in a complex environment, have a high sense of ownership, and relate well with different stakeholders, including remote ones.
The candidate will be responsible for translating the Regional Category Strategy to Spain, developing a commercial plan for different channels and customers, managing equity and price budget, and being accountable for Net Sales, Delivered Profit, and Market Shares.
This is a trade marketing role, not focused on consumer marketing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Net Sales, Delivered Profit, and Market Shares for all categories in SPAIN.
Translate the Regional Category Strategy into plans by channel and customers.
Identify Shopper Insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales.
Build and manage annual equity and pricing budget.
Build and implement promotional strategy.
Support Associate Manager in building pricing strategy.
Support Associate Manager in building an accurate forecast via the local SOP process.
Develop Trade Presentations leveraging regional materials.
For main customers, build tailored growth plans leveraging assortment, promotions, merchandising, and marketing activation.
Together with the category manager, present innovation review to major customers.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Business School Master or equivalent university degree.
3 to 4 years' experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, CatMan, or Sales.
Fluent in English (both written and oral).
Fully mobile, both short and long term.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
Previous experience in FMCG or in a Retailer is a plus.
Previous experience using market data/panels (AC Nielsen) is a plus.
