Today, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to join our team and help us to create meaningful brands.
The goal of this position is to keep alive the creative excellence of the agency by bringing their unique style and visual voice to each design challenge.
Restless, driven and with a strategic mindset, they will be working efficiently across large visual identity systems, in collaboration with the creative director and wider team members, to ensure that there is consistency across all design touch-points and the work is true to the briefing objectives.
An exceptional creative and strategic thinker who's ideas and executions are limitless.What you will be doing:Working on design projects that solve problems across a variety of industries and markets.Creating work that helps to tell a project's story and be an advocate for exceptional design.Visual concepts, typographic developments, logo designs, icons, and interactive interfaces.Pursuing an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail.Supporting the strategic team in reviews and contributing with feedback on the work.Collaborating with designers from different backgrounds and expertise to enrich your proposals.Managing your time and priorities; providing accurate time estimates for work.Always a step ahead of the latest trends.
Staying up to date on design best practices.Inspiring with innovative ideas, resources and references to push our creative boundaries.Mentoring junior visual designers and make them grow to their highest potential.What we are looking for:At least 6 years of relevant experience in a creative agency or design studio.Deep understanding of building brand design systems.Passionate for pushing the boundaries of design and turning abstract concepts into stunning realities.Strong conceptual thinking and ability to develop an idea from conception to completion.Proactive, self starter, detail-oriented and with a strong sense of creativity.Strong communication, visual presentation and planning skills.Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite & Figma.Open minded, inspiring, flexible, empathic, collaborative and a team player.Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
Willing to work remotely with different teams and tools.What we offer:Full-time contract.
