Role Overview We are looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to join a dynamic team focused on developing bioinformatic applications.
You will collaborate with experts in bioinformatics, software engineering, and UI/UX design to prototype and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities Prototyping New Features: Develop early-stage models for new platform functionalities, focusing on omic data analysis and visualization.
UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to help create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for platform components.
Software Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of software components to expand the platform's capabilities, ensuring smooth integration and optimal performance.
Testing & QA: Participate in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring the platform remains high-performing and reliable.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough documentation and provide progress updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in bioinformatics and genomics, applying new insights to continuously improve the platform.
Qualifications Degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for biological data analysis.
Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis pipelines, with knowledge of multiomics.
Software engineering skills, ideally in TypeScript , HTML , and CSS .
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies in a rapidly evolving field.
