About Our ClientInternational Bank located in Madrid.Job DescriptionDevelopment & Management of a new client portfolio consisting of IPP ´s focusing on Corporate Banking and Project Financing.Financial Strategic Advisory to corporate clients.Leading the relationship with IPP ´s in Spain and Portugal Sustainable Finance projects in Spain.Development and maintenance of strong relationships with current and potential clients.Provide financing solutions for the projects.Stay up to date on changes in the regulatory environment and adapt banking practices accordingly.
Ensure that all transactions and operations comply with current financial laws and regulations.Internal coordination for the execution and management of financial transactions.Preparation of financial reports and documentation required for transactions.Conduction of market research and industry analysis in the renewable energy space to identify trends and opportunities.The Successful ApplicantUniversity Degree (or similar).
If the candidate has a Master, it is a plus.Experience between 10 and 15 years as a Banker with a focus on Energy.Experience in Project Finance and Structured Finance.Experienced Project Manager or highly technically skilled Manager or Specialist on the client ´s side.Very good knowledge in products and services.Languages: Spanish native, fluent in English.Teamwork.Negotiation skills.Leadership.Decision Making.Results-oriented.What's on OfferCompetitive salary.Permanent employment contract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
