Senior Backend Software Engineer, Rust & Python At DataBeacon our mission is to revolutionize the aviation industry using a modern technology stack, open source technologies and lean architectures.Our first product is SimpliFID, an Aerodrome Flight Information Service ( AFIS ) that covers most functionalities of a radar system at a fraction of the costs. Built in Rust, Python and TypeScript, it sources data from ADB -S and Mode-S Secondary Surveillance Radar ( SSR ) systems over Asterix CAT021 Surveillance Data Exchange protocol and delivers it to the user with near zero-latency.
