This enables us to offer our customers the best possible service and respond to rapidly changing customer demands.The teamThe multidisciplinary team of Customer Journey Experts (Business people), Developers, and Operations is fully responsible for designing, developing, and running their solutions. The Spring-boot applications offer functionalities to customers and advisors to interact digitally to create the best fitting Mortgage for the customer. Your role as a Senior Software Engineer is to design solutions together with business and developers, interact with other teams and departments, and raise the improvements needed to keep the applications at a high-quality level. In the team, there are developers in both NL and the Philippines. You will be coaching the developers in the team together with the senior engineer in the Philippines.The central role of this team will enable you to help other teams to be successful in delivering their features.
