What you'll be doing at Concentrix Greece: Key Responsibilities: Proactive outreach to the assigned book of businessConsultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales to achieve client goals.Portfolio Management: Managing top tier clients & agencies consisting of medium business clients, focusing on revenue uplift for their business and our client.
Deep analysis of ad performance and current social media strategies, and advising on key opportunities for growthClient Needs Analysis: Prioritize outreach based on an understanding of client needs and industry insights.Market Research: Gain a deep understanding of industries, market(s), and client business models to tailor experiences for local advertisers.Opportunity Identification: Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions with an emphasis on budget optimization and allocation to meet client objectives.Product Optimization: Engage with clients proactively and reactively to assess and optimize product performance.Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements for ad products and customer experiences.Knowledge Development: Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our advertising solutions and their impact on performance.Client Engagement: Providing market insights and working on account plans to strategize client's goals.Performance optimization, data-driven storytelling, building trusted stakeholder relationships & strategic long-term planning.Essential Experience and Skills: Language Skills: Fluency in German, Dutch or Italian and very good command of English (at least B2 level).Digital Marketing Expertise: Must have 2 years' experience in social media and digital marketing specifically for our client platform.
