About the team and the role We are looking for a Senior B2B CRM Specialist who can own the role and accelerate our customer engagement.
The CRM team at VEED is a cross-functional marketing team focused on customer onboarding, engagement, and monetization. It closely collaborates with the User Research, Mobile, Growth, and Sales teams. You will report to the CRM lead at VEED and collaborate closely with the B2B and Enterprise teams. Your core mission will be to help grow B2B through constant experimentation and innovation.
What you'll do Create and run B2B CRM initiatives, including customer lifecycle management, segmentation, user onboarding, activation, nurturing, and monetization campaigns Partner with content teams to produce relevant content in the different moments of the buyer's journey Craft user-facing comms that effectively engage, re-engage, and upsell B2B customers Send highly-targeted, tailored, and relevant offerings to B2B users, take charge of the comms calendar, and performance analysis and reporting Optimize and continually iterate an A/B testing strategy About you We seek an analytical person with a proven track record of implementing successful B2B campaigns in the SaaS space:
5+ years of experience in B2B CRM, with a proven track record of driving impact through lifecycle marketing Experience working across both marketing and sales teams and a strong understanding of platform integrations and data handoffs Strong, hands-on experience with Hubspot, Braze, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms Strong experience in and knowledge of B2B lifecycle marketing playbooks, techniques, and strategies and a strong understanding of sales lifecycles Data and research-driven, can analyze data and drive relevant tactics based on it Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get things done Strong communicator with the ability to speak confidently on both strategy and tactics Ability to operate in ambiguity—we are growing fast, and flexibility and the ability to think on your feet are important!
