**FUNCTIONS**: Responsabilities: - Monitor, Prepare and Review of Financial Audits (Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Green Dot). - Preparation of Impairment tests for the needed companies. - Coordination and Preparation of the Individual and Consolidated Annual Accounts. - Preparation and Monitoring of the Corporate Income Tax in collaboration with the external tax specialists. - Review and Reconciliation US GAAP vs Local GAAP. - Ad-hoc support to the AR, AP and GL functional areas.- Preparation and Monitoring of the Transfer Pricing requests in collaboration with the external specialists. Requirements: - Bachelors degree. - 3-5y experience in audit department. - SAP. - English working proficiency required.
