SENIOR ASSOCIATE CLINICAL CONTRACTS & BUDGETS LIVEWhat you will doIn this vital role, your tasks and results will include the following: Lead the negotiation of site contracts from the contract templates using appropriate guidelines, and collect necessary signatures for contract executionLead the negotiation of site budgets from base budget and payment milestonesEscalate contract and budget issues to Legal or Clinical Pricing & Payments Group and Global Teams as appropriate to ensure Fair Market Value complianceSupport Clinical Pricing & Payments Group in setting up sites for eGPS or legacy systems.Support Clinical study sites in the management of eGPS.Responsible for the contracting process and/or point-of-contact for vendor for locally outsourced studiesParticipate in appropriate site/legal meetings as required to resolve contract issuesParticipate in appropriate site/finance meetings as required to resolve payment issuesManage contracting process with Clinical Trial Related Consulting AgreementsManage all study-related Site payments not managed by Clinical Pricing & Payments GroupWINWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
