We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Artwork Technician to join our dynamic Adalvo team.

SUMMARY OF POSITION The Senior Artwork Technician will be responsible for creating, updating, and executing quality assurance tasks for pharmaceutical artwork, adhering rigorously to Adalvo's guidelines and procedures.
Effective communication with key stakeholders is essential to facilitate timely approval of artwork.
Additionally, the role will serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and sites, ensuring standardized processing of all technical aspects of artwork.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE Reports to VP, Artwork RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities of this role include the following: Responsible for ensuring that artwork is processed within defined timeframes and following the most up to date guidelines and quality checks.
To liaise with local Regulatory teams (whether they are Adalvo or third parties) to ensure that timelines are met and workflows do not become stagnant.
To liaise with sites in order to collect technical approvals for artwork, ensure correct transmission of print-proofs, and deal with all required supporting documentation required to complete artwork.
To follow QMS procedures and ensure that compliance actions are completed within timelines and are recorded appropriately.
QUALIFICATIONS Completed secondary education, ideally in arts / media related courses Having worked in the Artwork Pharmaceutical industry a minimum of 2 years.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills In depth knowledge of artwork related software Strong focus on precision and detail to technical elements.
Ability to coordinate technical aspects within a small team.
Good understanding of Quality system procedures.
