Proactively contributes, impacts, and shares best practices, application, and innovation with the team and with the customers.
Conducts manufacturing excellence surveys to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
Meets with key customers at their facilities to translate/identify new opportunities.
Is a recognized expert in the industry and represents Henkel expertise externally.
Quantifies, documents, and reports Henkel solution's value to customers.
Trains TCS, sales, and customers on processes, new products, technologies, capabilities, and applications.
Develops and manages key innovation and application development programs.
Understands the latest technologies and their impacts on SBU and customers.
Regularly influences and contributes to strategy and tactical planning and supports the proliferation of breakthrough technologies.
Collaborates to develop a roadmap with colleagues, customers, and industry experts.
Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships (research/suppliers/OEM/boards/industry).
Develops talent through standardized TCS best practice training modules and advisory programs.
Identifies and aligns Henkel's technical expertise and testing capabilities with segment KSI's.
