We are searching for a One Identity Application Engineer to join our client in the Identity Lifecycle & Access Provisioning (IL&AP) cluster, a team tasked with developing and continuously improving their IAM solutions, strengthening their resilience against attackers, and maintaining efficient, traceable, and secure access management to ensure that IT services are in line with audit requirements. The One Identity AE plays a key role and is responsible for IAM operations within a global team that is part of the IAM tribe within our core Information Security function.

Administration and configuration of their One Identity Manager (1IM) environments and management of integrated identities and services.System maintenance and execution of operational tasks.Incident analysis, problem, and change process handling for IAM service.Management of the cloud infrastructure hosting IAM services.Regular documentation and update of IAM processes and operating procedures within collaboration tools (Jira, Wiki).RequirementsDegree in Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, related areas or comparable work experience.Excellent English skills both written and spoken fluently.At least 5 years of working in the field of system administration and IT operations.Preferably experience working with a modern IGA software tool like One Identity, SailPoint, Salesforce, ForgeRock, or similar.Performance management of applications, databases, and infrastructure.Software automation and monitoring (PowerShell scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Pipelines).Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID.BenefitsHybrid work (3 days office, 2 days remote).Compensation for meals.Special discounts for taking out group employee insurance policies.Life and accident insurance.Annual medical check-ups.Christmas basket of gift voucher.Flexible remuneration system.If you think you can fit in this role, don't hesitate to share your contact info and availability with me to schedule an interview.
