Job Responsibilities: As an expert of Digital Test products or solutions, provides responsive and in depth pre and post-sales technical support including measurement, troubleshooting, application and configuration. Applications include PCI-E, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, etc.Added advantage: Extends technical support to Optical Test products or solutions. Optical applications include optical passive components, active components, and communication system testing.Understand and resolve customers' technical inquiries via remote channels such as phone, email, portal, etc.Perform research which may include replicating customers' issues in the lab and/or working with R&D to find resolution.Deliver start-up assistance or solution implementation to the customer via remote means.Qualifies and refers sales opportunities for hardware, software, and services to the Sales team. Creates and contributes technical articles to the company's knowledge base. Job Requirements: Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential due to the need to support the Greater China business.Bachelors/Master/Dr. Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.Typically, 8+ Years experience in using Test & Measurement instruments and software for digital and/or optical test. Knowledgeable with High Performance Oscilloscopes; added advantage if knowledgeable with Bit Error Rate Tester, optical test systems such as Optical Modulation Analyzer and Lightwave Component Analyzer. Good understanding and experience in high speed digital interface tests such as PCI-E, DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI.Strong communication skills and possesses the ability to interact with a wide variety of people, and able to discuss and explain complex issues remotely.Possesses a customer-first mindset with the passion to serve customers.Ability to work independently.Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
