This includes modeling our data for final consumption and leading the design of a new semantic layer for Voicemod.
What you'll do Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and analysts to develop self-serve insight products that are responsive and precise Own the data product lifecycle, including designing tracking plans, developing data models, ELT pipelines, and self-serve insight products Be the data steward ensuring data quality and consistent metrics Design and build Voicemod's semantic layer, ensuring that all data consumers have access to consistently defined KPIs and metrics What you'll need Solid experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics with advanced SQL skills Solid knowledge of data modeling Experience with DBT and Python Experience with event tracking tools like Segment, mParticle, or similar Bonus Points Experience with semantic layer tools, DBT, Cube Dev, or similar Experience with data integration tools like Stitch, dltHub, FiveTran or similar A true passion for Voicemod's mission, our products, and the company's technology and content nature A never-ending desire to grow and learn Hiring process Our interview process takes place on Google Meet and tends to consist of the following stages:
TA Team - Validate details, experience and tell you more about Voicemod (45min). Data Team - Give you a job overview and go deeper on your professional experience (60min). Technical Assessment - A challenge to go deeper on your technical skills and a follow-up interview. Final Interview - Last conversation focused on soft skills and ways of working (60min).
