Senior Analyst Treasury Back-Office The position will be an important partner in the operation of Global Liquidity Management (GLM) back-office activities and will have a variety of shared responsibilities in the fields of accounting and reporting, loan management, trade confirmations and treasury system operational and admin functions.
Welcome to our team Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is part of the Treasury Organization and is responsible for operating Organon's in house bank, cash pools and is the center of excellence for the Treasury ERP system, among others. The team has interactions with teams in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Americas.
This is a global remote position and can be based in The Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Finland, United Kingdom or Ireland. There is a possibility to work from a local office in the country for one or more days a week. Limited, occasional travel (for meetings in another country) may be involved.

Responsibilities Trade confirmations for deals initiated by the front office team. Accounting and Financial Reporting activities for the treasury entity such as:
Review and booking of accounting vouchers/entries. Preparation of financial statements and various reports and reconciliations including analysis of results. Preparation of tax returns and filing. Document management. Intercompany loan operations. As the Center of Excellence in treasury ERP and liquidity operations the role will have interactions with other finance colleagues in:
Supporting set up of new entities, bank accounts and intercompany loans. Providing and refreshing knowledge transfer. Troubleshooting and problem solving. Treasury controls compliance. Process improvements. Required Education, Experience and Skills At least a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent. Experience in an accounting and/or financial analysis position. Strong knowledge of accounting principles (experience in treasury is a plus). Communication proficiency. Ability to frame and reframe statements as necessary for effective communication across different cultures, levels and business units in the organization. Enjoys helping others problem solving and knowledge sharing. Manifests an inclination to lead, educate and coach. Able to proficiently use SAP and MS Excel (pivots, advance formulas, multi-file linkages, in file validations etcetera). Highly independent, goal-oriented and able to work with limited instructions and contact with other team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
