We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Analyst Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have some technical expertise to be able to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams, and experience in coordinating teams and managing project timelines and resources in an Agile environment.

Responsible for ensuring seamless parallel progress in all regions, the PC analyzes potential errors, conducts comprehensive client tests, and tracks their feedback.
This role demands project coordination skills coupled with a keen eye for optimizing client satisfaction and project efficiency.
Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Monitor daily progress of projects and address potential issues or blockers. Identify and mitigate project risks. Evaluate and improve project management processes. Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information. Communicate project updates and status reports to the Manager. Facilitate coordination between projects across different countries, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient information flow. Analyze project operations, identify inefficiencies or errors, and implement strategies for improvement to enhance overall productivity and quality. Collaborate with diverse teams to conduct product analyses, gather insights, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our products or services based on customer feedback. Collaborate with Design & Product team to set objectives and expectations. Follow-up on user testing and research to gather information. Analyze user feedback and behavior and identify Frontend pain points. Collaborate with UX / UI teams to understand user needs. Keep track of KPIs reports, providing insights to drive decision making. Unify Projects Reports to have a single view of status. Understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with software engineers. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar. Proven experience in project management and coordination within the financial services industry. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Capacity for analysis and critical thinking to assess project components and strategies effectively. Excellent decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills. Mid-level software engineering technical knowledge to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams. Strong understanding of Agile framework with experience working in Agile environments. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
