WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Senior Analyst Operations, you will be monitoring the Operations Budget and Efficiency for all organizational parts of Operations and will be an active part of our Budget Management and our Process Optimization and efficiency initiatives.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts : Effectively steer the Operations Budget and Forecast for all SCF related countries and products.
Create transparency in case of Budget deviations due to a deep understanding of the underlying products and processes.
Monthly monitoring and reporting of costs, cost structure, FTE development and efficiency related KPIs.
Follow up additionally the related key SLA's to ensure continuous improvement of processes across the Bank (quantity and quality).
Use advanced analytics to identify the key driver for efficiency from a Budget / Outflow point of view.
Conduct cost comparisons between countries for processes, products and / or channels and support the countries with principles and guidelines in case of cost calculations for new processes or process changes especially for external partners.
Steer the Operations Budget process and support the local Teams in the Countries.
Support all Initiatives and Projects with the related figures, follow up the expected results and actively participate in Operations related projects.
EXPERIENCE Proven experience in Budget / cost analysis, Budget / cost management and cost allocation incl.
pricing calculations within the financial services industry with a focus on Operations.
Preparation of comprehensive presentations Passion for numbers with a high process and business orientation.
Preferable experience in process analysis and optimization Systematic Governance discipline.
Strong orientation to teamwork and collaboration.
EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Very good skills in all needed tools at least in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI Very good knowledge of banking products and processes especially in Operations related processes.
Soft skills are as important as hard skills in this role.
Leadership for specific topics, communication, negotiation, collaboration, consensus building, are key factors when networking with multidisciplinary teams from corporation, countries, headquarters, factories and vendors.
High level of written and spoken English, as you will be interacting with numerous colleagues from countries across Europe using English language for all of them.
