As part of our R&D Engineering team, you will work closely with our Quality and Manufacturing teams to develop the latest tools and technologies to address significant, unmet clinical needs that impact patients' lives around the world.This Senior Security Analyst role will support our security operations team in ensuring the security of systems within our organization by monitoring, investigating, and responding to potential security events, as well as working to improve our overall security posture.How you'll make an impact:* Perform complex service analysis as it relates to the information security function or capabilities* Resolve issues and incidents by performing complex root cause analysis and developing and implementing solutions* Responsible for operations and maintenance of key cyber security capabilities and services* Provide guidance to assigned teams to implement information security features* Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to other team members* Respond to security events alerts and incidents, conducting investigations, and resolving issues.* Perform ongoing security posture assessments using commercial or native tools to identify and track remediation of risk in our cloud environments, under the guidance of cloud security architects.* Stay abreast with the cyber security threat and solution landscape to bring innovative solutions to improve Edwards security posture.What you'll need (Required):* Bachelor's Degree in related field required + 4 years of previous related experience.* Familiarity supporting enterprise network security platforms and capabilities (e.G., endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, data security, security monitoring tools)* Working knowledge of security concepts in AWS and Azure* Experience implementing industry good practices (e.G., NIST, ISO2700x, SANS)* Good organization and time management skills* Good verbal and written communication skills (English) and client-driven skillsWhat else we look for (Preferred):* Certifications in related discipline preferred (e.G., CEH, CISM, CISSP)* Good organization and time management skills* Substantial knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity principles.* Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate potential data security risks.* Strict attention to detail.* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
