In this Senior Analyst role, you will work directly with hard-working & data-focused marketing partners. You will run strategic customer analyses to identify and understand our customers' needs and then translate this into insight,
that then will be transformed into customer-facing experiments for us to rapidly validate and iterate on our hypotheses.
What You Will Do: Translate the sophisticated into the simple and concrete. Through data exploration, visualisation, and storytelling, you will identify trends and drivers from our large data sets, find data inconsistencies and build a convincing story for your collaborators that lead to better customer experiences.
Conduct strategic analyses. This may be generating new hypotheses e.g. understanding customer drivers for changes in performance or customer journey deep dives, or refining existing hypotheses about certain audience opportunities, validating with expected short and long term impact.Have an experimentation attitude. Every opportunity we identify will be tested via an experiment, so you will also partner with the Activation team to craft, monitor and review the tests that we run.Work in a cross-functional team. You will work day-to-day in a diverse, multi-functional team with marketing strategists, operations specialists, technologists and other analysts.
You will also be part of a DnA-wide analytics community where you can draw upon analytics standard methodologies and collaborate with other like-minded analysts. Collaborating with a globally distributed team in a fast-paced environment that focuses on delivering customer value early and often. We expect that you are customer focused - that you are motivated by doing the right/best thing for customers (both internal business collaborators and consumers).Your Qualifications:
- Passionate about data and technology. You are proficient in SQL queries. You have data visualization experience (ideally in Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
- Expert. 2+ years in an analytics environment to drive important business/customer impact.
- Experience in running and communicating customer-level analyses, and influencing collaborators to implement your insight & recommendations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential with a proficient level of English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in designing/monitoring and analyzing experiments (A/B, multi-variant, Bayesian, multi-arm-bandit) using statistical difficulty and be able to guide collaborators on how to interpret accurately the test results.
- Other programming languages (e.g., Python, R), as well as having experience with Cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake) or data pipelines required to do the job.
- Having had exposure to web analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
