Job Title: Senior Analyst, Accounting Operations Iberia INTERIM Responsibilities: Support and control tasks related to Monthly Closing Activities, such as complex estimations, entering postings through WinShuttle, and controlling accruals.
Assist other members of the Finance Team as needed.
Support external reporting as required.
Perform controlling and analysis tasks related to actuals during the month or after Monthly Closing, with a focus on Opex tracking and business support.
Collaborate with the Finance Head during the Strategic Plan, Forecasts, and Budget processes.
Assist Business Managers and Opex Owners throughout the year to track deviations versus phasing and support them during Strategic Planning, Forecasts, and Budget processes.
Provide support for other information requests, such as Group Requests, Auditor's Requests (internal or external), and Tax support information.
Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
Experience with S/4 Hana, Fiori, Finance Core, BPC Planning Tool, or similar, and Qliksense or similar BI tools.
Proficiency in Excel.
Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Collaborative individual, experienced in working as a Business Partner to support finance and maintain a robust controlling environment.
