Senior Analog Design Engineer

Our client specializes in designing analog and mixed-signal ICs using advanced sub-micron BiCMOS/DMOS technologies. The products to be designed include switching regulators, linear regulators, high-voltage circuits, sensors, data converters, and other components for fast-growing portable and non-portable markets such as broadband modems, PDAs, notebooks, cell phones, telecom, fiber optics, digital cameras, and network equipment.
Essential FunctionsParticipate in the entire product development cycle, from product definition to release.Engage in the full design process from system level down to transistor level, including verification and layout supervision.Assist in ATE development with Design-For-Test methods.Oversee and mentor junior designers.Required Skills and QualificationsBSEE/MSEE with 5+ years of industrial experience in analog circuit design.Effective communication and writing skills in English.Proactive in communicating with different departments to resolve issues.Strong understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuits, including amplifiers, bandgaps, linear regulators, data converters, etc.Knowledge of analog layout techniques.Understanding of power conversion architectures and control methods such as buck and boost is preferred but not required.Experience in designing switching regulators and power stages up to 60V and 15A is preferred but not required.Location: Barcelona, Spain
